When you renovate and want one contact person who coordinates professionals and contractors, collects the quotes and keeps the budget under control.
What it includes
- Collection and organisation of the documents needed to start and manage the activities listed below.
- Identification, preliminary selection and coordination of geometri, architects, building contractors, interior designers, gardeners and other professionals or suppliers that may be needed.
- Management of communication, reporting and organisational supervision of the parties involved; preparation of briefings, presentation of the property and attendance at site visits with them.
- Request, collection and presentation of quotes; translation or summary in English where needed; check that prices are reasonable against the available market information.
- Preparation and updating of the project budget, with a clear statement of total costs, deadlines, payees and budget status.
- Organisational supervision of the progress of the renovation works and coordination of communication between the Client, technicians and contractors, without taking on the role of works director (direzione lavori), safety coordinator or technical responsibility.
Timing and cost
Quote on request, within 48 hours. Once you accept the quote and pay the advance, the technician contacts you within 72 hours.
The cost depends on the size of the property, the documents available, the complexity of the case and the distance.
Frequently asked questions
How and when do I pay?
With an advance when you confirm the assignment, equal to half of the amount, and the balance when the documents are delivered, by bank transfer. For project management and works supervision the fee depends on the cost of the works: the advance is half of the estimated fee and is set at the design stage; at the end of the works the fee is recalculated on the actual cost and the difference is invoiced.
