What data we process

The data you enter in the request form: full name, email, phone (optional), profile, service of interest, town or province of the property (optional), text of the message. The form also records the time the page was opened, to filter automated submissions. It also records where the request comes from: the site or campaign that brought you here (for example our newsletter, if the link carried utm parameters) and the first page of the site you opened, so we know which channels bring requests. No cookies are used for this: the information only travels in the page address. To limit abuse we keep an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address the request comes from, not the address itself; the provider hosting the site logs IP addresses in its own technical logs.

Why we process it

To answer your request and prepare a quote.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). The required fields are needed to answer you: without them we cannot handle the request.

How long we keep it

For the time needed to handle the request and then up to 24 months, unless a contract follows.

Who receives it

We do not pass your data to third parties. It is processed on our behalf, as data processors, only by the providers of the technical services: Netlify (hosts the site and runs the form), Google Firebase (stores the request) and Brevo (delivers the email). Netlify and Google are based in the United States: any transfer of data outside the European Union takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to project@valenteit.com.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not use profiling cookies, analytics or third-party tools.
